A story full of passion and discovery
Charlotte, owner and developer of NONA, is passionate about nature and product innovation. As a child, she liked to make her own drinks from herbs she found in a nature reserve near Ghent. Later, her love of nature and interest in food technology grew into a degree in Bioengineering Sciences in 2017.
One midsummer evening during an after-work drink with some friends, she was looking for a non-alcoholic alternative to one of her favourite cocktails. The only thing the bartender could offer her was a drink that was far too sweet. That was when she started experimenting with different herbs and botanicals, and NONA June was born.
She didn't stop experimenting and in the meantime she also developed NONA Spritz and NONA Ginger.

Charlotte asked several top chefs and sommeliers for feedback to perfect the recipe for NONA June, NONA Spritz & NONA Ginger.
NONA June combines nine herbs in a balanced flavour profile with fresh citrus flavours followed by a spicy touch.
NONA Spritz is a refined blend of 27 herbs with fresh citrus notes and a slightly bitter aftertaste.
NONA Ginger combines 12 herbs in a balanced flavour palette with fresh citrus flavours and a spicy aftertaste.
These three distilled non-alcoholic spirits are the result of a complex distillation process.
